Return & Cancellation Policy

Take Three Lighting will gladly accept returns on products for 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Verify Product Condition - All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you. They shall be in their original packaging and in "as-new" resalable condition. No credit will be given for damaged or modified items.
  2. Request RMA - Contact our Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
  3. Return Product Within 30 Days - Your RMA email will contain complete instructions for returning products to us. The address for return will vary depending on the product. Products must be received within 30 days of issuance of the RMA number. Any returns that are not received within this timeframe will be voided.


All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credit cannot be issued for the original shipping cost of an order. Any return received without an RMA number or outside the timeframes described above will be considered an unauthorized return and is ineligible for credit. (Additional shipping charges may apply to ship products from unauthorized returns back to you.)

Non-Returnable Items

Special order, customized, custom-cut, and/or seasonal product sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund. Special order product sales include, but are not limited to, sale of any products not listed on our website or bulk quantities of any products. Seasonal product sales include, but are not limited to, holiday string lights, holiday bulbs, holidays stringers, and/or holiday accessories.

Defective Items

Please refer to our Limited Warranty and Responsibility page for what to do if you have received a defective product.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Orders may not be eligible for cancellation once they have begun processing.
