Shipping Information

Lead Times

Most products listed on our website are ready for quick shipment within 2-3 business days, unless noted otherwise, allowing you to get the products you need to your jobsite faster.

Orders for products not shown on the website or with customized options may have longer lead times. Lead times can vary greatly by manufacturer and by product line. All lead times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please let us know if you have a time sensitive order.

Shipping Methods

While FedEx Ground is our default shipping method, alternate methods are available from the list below. Occasionally, orders may be switched to a different carrier, but we strive to maintain the same shipping time frame as the original method selected. Take Three is not responsible for delays (such as weather) once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times for shipping do not include warehouse processing time or lead times. Products that are ready to ship will usually require 2-3 business days of processing time before shipment. Orders placed when our office is closed (after hours, weekends, holidays) will be processed starting on the next business day. Some larger orders may require a signature for delivery.

Some products may require long lead times. Please let us know if you have a time sensitive order.

The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address when placing their order. In the event that a shipped package must be corrected and/or rerouted mid-transit, the customer may be responsible for any additional handling or address correction fees charged by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

To calculate shipping charges for your order, place your item(s) in the shopping cart and scroll down to the Shipping Calculator. Simply input your postal code, state, and country into the fields provided. Select your desired shipping method from the list and click "Apply"; the calculated rate will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders (including those to Canada) may be subject to additional customs, duties, taxes, and/or destination fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs for international orders placed online are estimated at the time of order placement and may be adjusted afterwards to cover customs duties and taxes as assessed by the governing authorities. The customer will be contacted by Take Three, Inc. to inform them of any additional fees to their order. Orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes by the freight carrier. These additional fees are to be paid by the customer directly to the freight carrier or governing authorities as required.

International Shipping

Please contact us for assistance in placing an international-bound order and we will provide a quote for shipping costs to the destination country using our international freight carrier. Not all orders may be available for international shipping.

We strongly recommend using a US-based freight forwarder. If you have your own international freight carrier/freight forwarder that you would prefer to use, then Take Three can ship the order to the freight forwarder's domestic (US-based) warehouse. The freight forwarder assumes responsibility for the shipment upon delivery.

Please note that while Take Three can assist you with the shipments size and weight data, the client is responsible for all correspondence, quotations, and transactions when using their own international freight carrier/freight forwarder.
