Most products are warranted by the manufacturer against failure caused solely by defective workmanship or material. Please refer to specific product pages and/or manufacturer websites for details.
Any products without a manufacturer's warranty listed will be under warranty by Take Three, Inc. for 30 days, beginning at date of delivery.
Products are under warranty in their original condition, with proof of purchase. Take Three, Inc. shall have no liability whatsoever in any event for payment of incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitations, installation costs and damages for personal injury and property. Please be advised that some products may represent a possible shock or fire hazard if improperly installed or altered in any way. Warranties do not apply to any product which has been improperly installed in accordance with current, local codes and/or the National Electric Code.
When installing linear products outdoors, or a similar environment subject to moisture or other potentially harmful elements, refer to our Outdoor Installation Guide
for steps to take to help protect products, as well as consult a qualified electrician. Damage to products resulting from failure to adequately protect products subject to adverse conditions will constitute an improper installation, and will not be covered by warranty.
Please note that the rated life hours of a light source is a figure provided by the manufacturer, which applies under certain operational and/or test conditions for defined failure criteria. The rated life is not in any way a guarantee or warranty from Take Three, Inc. that a product will perform for any specified length of time.Please test that all lights are working properly immediately upon delivery. Warranties cannot be honored after products have been customized or modified in any way from their original factory condition.
What to do if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect
If you receive a product that you believe to be damaged or otherwise defective please contact us
within 7 business days of receipt. Potentially defective items must be sent back to us for inspection prior to a replacement or refund being issued. A replacement or refund will be given at the discretion of Take Three, Inc. Any claims for order fulfillment errors, invoice errors, and/or missing items must be made to Take Three within 7 business days of receipt.Take Three, Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will immediately be posted on this page.
