Nora 6" Line Voltage New Construction Housing

Item Description

This universal recessed housing is the base standard for incandescent recessed fixtures. Designed for non-IC applications, the Nora 6-inch Line Voltage New Construction Housing offers the widest range and variety of finishing trims for lamps ranging from simple A-Type to larger PAR sources. These housings require minimum clearances of 3 inches from thermal insulation and 1/2 inch from adjacent building components. The housing adjusts from 5/8 inches to 1 3/8 inches to accommodate different thickness levels in ceilings. An adjustable socket mounting plate allows different types of lamps to be used for best possible light distribution. You can remove the socket from the socket plate for adjustable trims. Bar hangers are adjustable from 13-5/8 inches to 24-1/2 inches and can be repositioned 90 degrees. A quick connector is included.

Requires LED retrofit module (or lamp and trim).
