Nora 1" Iolite IC Air-Tight Line Voltage New Construction Housing

Item Description

This 1-inch IC-rated, air tight housing is suitable for new construction applications. Air tight housings increase energy savings by restricting the transfer of conditioned air to the plenum above the fixture. This housing is rated for direct contact with insulation to allow for a continuous thermal barrier. The housing can accommodate different ceiling thicknesses up to 1-1/4 inches. Two included bar hangers are adjustable from 13-3/4 inches to 24-1/2 inches and can be repositioned 90 degrees.

This housing is compatible with forward phase Triac dimmers, ELV dimmers, and 0-10V dimming systems, depending on voltage chosen. Dedicated 120V housing is compatible with forward phase and ELV dimming. Universal 120/277V housing operating at 120V is compatible with forward phase, ELV, and 0-10V dimming, while at 277V it is compatible only with 0-10V dimmers.
