This is a ballast compatible/direct-fit style lamp. Simply remove your existing fluorescent T5HO lamp and replace it with this LED T5 lamp. No need to mess with the ballast; simply plug and play! This Halco LED T5 lamp is compatible with most program start electronics ballasts - refer to manufacturer cut sheet.
